42 leg raises
60 sec plank

10 sit ups
13 crunches
6 leg raises
30 sec rest

10 sit ups
13 crunches
6 leg raises
30 sec rest

10 sit ups
13 crunches
6 leg raises
30 sec rest

10 sit ups
13 crunches
6 leg raises
30 sec rest

10 sit ups

17 crunches
