So today was for some reason especially difficult for me. It took everything I had to even get on the floor and do the routine, and every fiber of my being was having a hard time pulling myself together. But it is done, and I can sleep now.
Day 22:
95 sit ups
140 crunches
55 sit ups
85 sec plank

So much planking. I could barely hold myself up. I was sweating and struggling and yes, even crying a little from the strain it was taking on my body, but I know that it is good for me in the long run, and I wouldn't want it any other way. What doesn't kill you and all that.
