Just want to give you my routine break dow for Day 13 of my Abs challenge.
Day 13:
60 sit ups
75 crunches
40 leg raises
50 sec plank
My routine:
10 sit ups
13 crunches
5 leg raises
20 sec break
10 sit ups
13 crunches
5 leg raises
20 sec break
10 sit ups
13 crunches
5 leg raises
20 sec break
10 sit ups
13 crunches
5 leg raises
20 sec break
10 sit ups
13 crunches
5 leg raises
20 sec break
10 sit ups
13 crunches
10 leg raises
20 sec break
50 sec plank
Today was very very very hard for me, I was sweating and shaking and so crazy, but I was so happy when I finished this session!
