Abs Challenge Day 14 (March 14, 2014)

Hello everyone, 

I wanted to keep you up to date on my routine break down for this challenge, I hope you enjoy this break down. 

Day 14:

65 sit ups
85 crunches
42 leg raises
55 sec plank

Break down:
10 sit ups
14 crunches
7 leg raises
20 sec rest

10 sit ups
14 crunches
7 leg raises
20 sec rest

10 sit ups
14 crunches
7 leg raises
20 sec rest

10 sit ups
14 crunches
7 leg raises
20 sec rest

10 sit ups
14 crunches
7 leg raises
20 sec rest

10 sit ups
14 crunches
7 leg raises
20 sec rest

55 sec plank

5 sit ups
1 crunch


And we're done! These planks are the things that are giving me the most trouble right now.
