SO I wanted to share with you what I did for day 21. These are getting longer, but somehow "easier". And for me, easier means, I am not struggling until the last and final set. Over half way done, let's keep doing this!
Day 21:
90 sit ups
130 crunches
52 leg raises
80 sec plank
The breakdown:
9 sit ups
13 crunches
5 leg raises
10 sec break
9 sit ups
13 crunches
5 leg raises
10 sec break
9 sit ups
13 crunches
5 leg raises

9 sit ups

These planks are killing me. I can't believe I am actually doing this, legitimately, unbelievable.
