I love this recipe. it is fresh and unique and everything that this week of smoothie recipes is all about. Perfect for summer, or for that little kick you need in the winter to make it through.
Everything you need for 1 smoothie:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp lemon juice
1.4 cup plain 0% yogurt
1/2 cup water
1 tsp fresh thyme
1 1/2 tsp agave or sugar
Place all ingredients into a blender and puree.
It's that easy! have for breakfast and add a TBSP of protein powder in, or have it as a light snack, or even with a small lunch. balanced, clean, bright, and completely refreshing.
